We are seeking a dedicated Shawarma Maker Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing and marinating meats, operating the shawarma grill, assembling wraps and platters, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a team player with basic kitchen experience, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience with shawarma or Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and handle basic food prep tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
