Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Seef District, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing events professionally by coordinating various activities and ensuring that the defined objectives are met within budget and timeline. The position requires specialized experience in event management to deliver a unique and successful experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Develop detailed plans for events, including defining objectives, budgets, and timelines.

2. Team Management: Lead and guide different teams, including marketing, logistics, and design.

3. Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure all necessary services (such as catering, audio, and lighting) are provided.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Track progress and evaluate performance to ensure desired results are achieved.

5. Budget Management: Prepare budgets and estimate costs, ensuring adherence to them.

6. Client Communication: Maintain good relationships with clients and understand their needs to ensure satisfaction with the event.

7. Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during planning or execution.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or similar projects.

2. Deep knowledge of the events industry and its requirements.

3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.

6. Proficiency in using project management software.
