Key Responsibilities

Labour Duties:

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the storage/warehouse area.

Stocking shelves and arranging products as per display standards.

Assisting in inventory checks and reporting shortages/damages.

Sales Duties:

Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries.

Demonstrating product features and benefits to increase sales.

Handling billing, payments, and issuing receipts.

Achieving sales targets and promoting new/seasonal products.

Building and maintaining good customer relationships.

Requirements

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.

Previous experience in sales/retail or warehouse work preferred.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

Good communication skills and polite behaviour.

Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
