We’re Hiring: Real Estate Specialist (Bahrain)

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new leads.
• Conduct market research and analyze local real estate trends.
• Pre-qualify clients to understand their needs and budgets.
• List, market, rent, and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Accompany clients on property viewings and provide full property details.
• Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of clients.
• Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documents.
• Coordinate with closing agents and other involved parties.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the process.

Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of real estate principles and Bahrain’s property market.
• Motivated, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Great social skills and client management.
• Must have a valid Bahrain driving license and own car.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Experience in using Property Finder platform.
• Ability to work with sales targets and achieve monthly goals.

Experience:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong track record in generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent client service.
• Experience in renting and selling both residential and commercial properties.
• Skilled in contract negotiation.
