Description

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and professional Waitresses to join our team. The Waitress will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring orders are taken and served accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest’s nightlife experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, take orders for food and beverages, and serve them promptly.

Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set up.

Upsell and recommend menu items, drinks, and promotions.

Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors for smooth service.

Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards as per Bahrain regulations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding alcohol service.

Assist in setting up events, VIP tables, and special functions.

Support the team in closing duties, including clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter in a nightclub, lounge, or hospitality setting preferred.

Must hold a valid Flexi Visa (preferred) or other legal work authorization in Bahrain.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).

Presentable, well-groomed, and able to maintain a professional appearance.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented personality.

Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Comfortable carrying trays, drinks, and food items.

Able to work in a nightclub environment with loud music and dynamic crowds.
