Beverage Preparation
‒ Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
‒ Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines efficiently and safely.
Customer Service
‒ Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, providing recommendations based on preferences.
‒ Engage with customers to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Product Knowledge
‒ Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles.
‒ Stay informed about coffee trends and new products to enhance customer experience and sales.
Cleanliness and Sanitation
‒ Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
‒ Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as required, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Inventory Management
‒ Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, reporting shortages to management.
‒ Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries, ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Team Collaboration
‒ Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
‒ Participate in training new employees and sharing knowledge about beverage preparation and customer service.
