Description

Position: Graphic Designer & Printing Operator

We are looking for a motivated individual with both creative and technical skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design customer artworks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

- Communicate with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide creative solutions.

- Prepare and adjust files for high-quality printing.

- Operate and maintain professional printing machines (experience with large-format printers is a plus).

- Assist in daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Strong background in graphic design with proven knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

- Previous experience in printing operations and handling printing equipment.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills — ability to engage with clients and translate their ideas into print-ready designs.

- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-format printing and finishing (cutting, laminating, binding).

Knowledge of print production processes and color management.

Previous work in a print shop or similar environment.
