Job Opportunity: Odoo IT Professional / Programmer (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo IT Professional / Programmer with proven expertise in Odoo Enterprise (latest version v18 and above), Odoo.sh, and E-Commerce. The selected candidate will be responsible for fully implementing and customizing our company’s Odoo ERP system and E-Commerce platform according to business needs.




# Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and fully customize Odoo ERP to match company requirements.

- Build, set up, and customize the Odoo E-Commerce store with all required features and integrations.

- Develop and adapt Odoo modules (latest version v18+).

- Manage and optimize the PostgreSQL database, ensuring security and regular backups.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party apps, payment gateways, and shipping solutions.

- Ensure compliance with E-Invoicing and VAT regulations (Bahrain & Saudi Arabia).

- Design and enhance user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the e-commerce store.

- Manage user roles and access rights within the Odoo system.

- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve system stability.

- Prepare detailed documentation and deliver training for staff.

- Provide technical support and post-launch maintenance to ensure system reliability.





# Requirements:

- Proven experience with Odoo Enterprise (latest version) and Odoo.sh.

- Strong expertise in Odoo E-Commerce customization (products, variants, checkout flows, payment/shipping integrations, customer experience).

- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.

- Advanced knowledge of Odoo Studio, automation rules, reporting, and accounting modules.

- Experience with E-Invoicing and VAT setup in Odoo.

- Strong skills in system security, optimization, and database backup management.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.

- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices for enhancing online stores.

- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with the team.





# Work Arrangement:

- Type: Part-time (On-site)

- Hours: 4 hours per day — flexible timing chosen by the employee

- Location: Ramli Mall, A’Ali

- Pay: BD 300/- Per month

- Contract Duration: Until project completion
