Description

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Event Administrator to support the smooth execution of our upcoming international event.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle basic enquiries from participants.
Manage updates on registration forms and participant details.
Communication to participants for flyers & competition rules.
Follow up on fee payments.
Prepare and issue invitation letters to international players.
Coordinate logistics and transport for event equipment.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable related to the event.
Oversee players’ registration and check-in process.
Distribute player packets (wristbands, schedules, information kits, etc.).
Coordinate hotel bookings and airport pick-ups in collaboration with hotels.
Maintain effective communication with the event management team.

Duration: 1st October 2025 – 16th November 2025
Salary-BD 225/-
