2-Care for and maintain fresh flowers and plants ensuring proper storage
3- Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations based on needs
4- Prepare flowers for delivery and ensure arrangements are packaged attractively
5- maintain a clean organised, and visually appealing shop environment
6- Manage special orders for weddings, parties and corporate events
7- Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal flowers
8- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately
