MEP Quantity Surveyor Required In Bahrain (Local Or From India)-Indian Male

. Age : Within 30 years

. Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

. 5 -7 years experience in similar role

JOB KNOWLEDGE :-

. Must be good in communication english.

. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.

. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, MSP

. Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry projects especially from construction civil and mep projects.

. Must have exp in preparing Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates and Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.

. Must have GCC experience in high rise projects

. GCC valid DL will be an added advantage

. Local candidate will be preferred more

. 10 hours

. 400 - 500 BHD

. Accommodation /Medical Ins /Once in 2 years ticket
