Job Overview:

We are looking for a Freelance HR Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to our organization. This role can be filled on a monthly basis or as needed for consultations, focusing on enhancing our HR practices and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Advisory: Provide insights on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
Recruitment Support: Assist in developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development.
Performance Management: Help establish performance management systems and offer guidance on employee evaluations.
Employee Relations: Address HR-related issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR management or consultancy.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
