• Supervise, coach, and support a team of waiters and junior staff during service
• Ensure smooth table turnover, guest satisfaction, and fast response to requests
• Handle VIP guests, celebrations, and high-value tables with confidence and finesse
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Manage the mise en place of the section, cleanliness, and table setups before each shift
• Upsell menu items and promote new dishes or drinks
• Monitor service standards and ensure all staff follow grooming and SOPs
• Train new waiters and conduct refresher training with the team
• Support the manager in resolving guest complaints or special requests
• Report daily feedback and observations to management
