Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at our project sites and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
Provide safety induction and training to employees and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to promote a safe work culture.
Maintain accurate records of safety reports, permits, and audits.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction/industrial projects.
Knowledge of local and international HSE standards.
NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification (preferred).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
