Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations

Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors

Monitor internal controls and implement improvements

Provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making

Oversee cash flow, fund management, and investment activities

Manage taxation (Direct and Indirect), including returns and assessments

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws

Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments

Preferred:

Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, fintech, etc.]

Exposure to fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or investor relations
