• Valid IRATA Certification
• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in rope access window cleaning service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s safety regulations and international standards
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Driving license preferred
