Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulturist to oversee the care, propagation, and overall health of plants within our nursery operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards in plant care and nursery management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily care and maintenance of all nursery plants, including watering, pruning, repotting, fertilizing, and pest/disease control
- Monitor plant health regularly and implement effective treatments for any signs of stress, disease, or infestation
- Lead the propagation of new plants through cuttings, division, seed sowing, and other methods
- Maintain accurate records of plant inventory, growth cycles, and treatments applied
- Develop and implement plant rotation schedules to optimize space usage and plant development
- Assist in designing plant arrangements and nursery layout improvements as needed
- Coordinate with the landscaping and procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of healthy, nursery-grown plants for ongoing projects
- Ensure all horticultural practices follow sustainability and safety standards
