* Must be good in communication .

* Proven work experience as a handyman or general worker in construction.

* Basic skills in masonry, painting, carpentry, gypsum fixing, formworks and shuttering, minor MEP related works.

* Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites.

* Knowledge in reading and understanding construction drawings will be an added advantage
