Job Opportunity: Sales Lady for Ladies’ Clothing Boutique

We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Sales Lady to join our boutique. If you have a passion for style, excellent communication skills, and love helping women look and feel their best, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide styling advice and guide customers in selecting suitable outfits.
• Ensure excellent customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions (cash/card), issue receipts, and manage returns/exchanges.
• Organize and maintain store displays, mannequins, and product arrangement.
• Keep track of stock levels and inform management of replenishment needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop at all times.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the boutique’s overall success.
• Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers.

Requirements:
• Previous retail or sales experience (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
