We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team!
In this role, you'll be the face of our rental service — helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs, handling rental agreements, and providing exceptional service throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate rental options

3. Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently

4. Inspect vehicles before and after rental for damage

5. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns

6. Make Updation in the software before and after Rentals

Requirements:

1. Must Require Rental Agent Experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Basic computer and administrative skills

4. Valid driver’s license is a plus

5. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
