Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee the full spectrum of operations, ensuring smooth coordination across production, domestic and export sales, and strategic growth of multiple divisions. This role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational expertise in the recycling and metal melting industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations across aluminum and steel melting divisions
• Drive domestic and international scrap sales; develop export client relationships
• Oversee inventory, production schedules, and ensure ISO standard compliance
• Monitor KPIs and initiate cost-effective process improvements
• Uphold environmental, safety, and quality management systems
• Align internal departments including finance, logistics, and compliance
• Guide and mentor mid-level managers and team leaders
• Represent the company in regulatory discussions and industry forums

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in recycling, manufacturing, or export-led industries
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Proven ability to manage multi-divisional operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory control workflows
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving expertise
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration and Management

Preferred Attributes
• Multilingual communication, including Arabic (advantageous)
• Willingness to operate flexible working hours across divisions
• Experience with phased launches and team alignment initiatives
• Familiarity with international trade rules and sustainability compliance
• MBA or specialization in international business (preferred but not mandatory)
