Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Travel Agents to join a leading travel company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in airline ticketing, reservations, and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle airline reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
Advise customers on travel options, destinations, and best fare routes.
Issue airline tickets in compliance with IATA regulations.
Manage visa applications, travel insurance, hotel bookings, and related services.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and follow company policies.

Requirements:
Must be IATA Certified.
Must be an Arabic Speaker (bilingual candidates welcome).
Experience in airline ticketing and travel reservations.
Knowledge of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Female candidates preferred.
