Description

The Upholstery Sales Coordinator will act as the link between customers, the design/production team, and management. This role focuses on driving upholstery sales, coordinating client inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth order execution. The coordinator must balance sales, customer service, and administrative support to achieve revenue targets while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, designers, and corporate clients with upholstery inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable upholstery products, fabrics, and finishes.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and mood boards (if required).
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Coordination & Operations
• Act as a liaison between clients and the production/installation team.
• Ensure sales orders are entered accurately and all project details are communicated clearly.
• Track order progress and update clients on delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers for fabric/material availability and delivery schedules.

Administrative & Reporting
• Maintain sales records, client database, and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and updates for management.
• Monitor sales targets and support strategies to increase revenue.



Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in upholstery, furniture, or interiors.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication (Arabic & English preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest or background in fabrics, furniture, or design is a plus.
