We are hiring Call Center Agents for our new brand.
If you are passionate about customer service and have strong communication skills, this is your chance to join our team!

Requirements:

-Must be fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
-Minimum 2 years of call center experience.
-Ability to handle customer enquiries across all channels – calls, emails, live chats, and complaints.
-Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
-Experience in managing and responding on social media platforms.
-Flexibility to work in shifts (1 day off per week).

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service across multiple channels.
-Manage inbound/outbound calls and online enquiries.
-Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve complaints.
-Monitor and engage with customers via social media.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
