Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with HR software experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to analyse HR data and prepare meaningful reports.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Job Description:
HR Generalist Functions:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
Assist with performance management, training, and development programs.
Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
HRMS Management:
Maintain and administer the company’s HR software, HRIS / HRMS
Configure system modules for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and training.
Ensure data integrity and security within the HRMS.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Automate HR processes where possible to improve efficiency.
Train staff and managers on using HR software and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve HR software issues, coordinating with IT or vendors when necessary.
Conduct training sessions for HR and other employees on HRMS functionalities.
Prepare manuals, guides, and process documentation.
Keep up-to-date with HRMS updates and best practices.
