Job Opportunity – Mechanical Fitter 🚨 (Bahrain Locally Available)

We are hiring a Mechanical Fitter with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate blade grinding machines to sharpen blades as per specifications.

Ensure correct blade angles, edges, and surface finishes are achieved.

Measure and inspect blades using micrometres, callipers, and gauges to verify tolerances.

Identify defects or wear and determine repair or replacement needs.

Set up and operate grinding machines safely and efficiently.

Follow all safety protocols during operations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Keep records of blade maintenance, sharpening schedules, and performed work.

Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of blade materials, grinding techniques, and edge geometry.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.

High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
