Job Overview
Bodyworks is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Bahrain, India. The Auto Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
* Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
* Mix paints to match manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
* Apply paint using spray guns and other specialised equipment.
* Ensure proper paint coverage and finish quality.
* Inspect finished work for imperfections and make necessary corrections.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and technologies.

Qualifications
* Proven 2-5 years of experience as an Auto Painter, preferably in a similar environment.
* Strong understanding of paint mixing and application techniques.
* Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
* Familiarity with automotive paint systems and products.
* A relevant qualification in auto body repair or painting would be advantageous.
