Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to handle administrative tasks, basic accounting, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Administration

Handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Accounts

Prepare and maintain daily cash and bank transaction records.

Handle petty cash and expense tracking.

Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Support in payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.

Coordinate with the external accountant for monthly/annual reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and financial records.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in admin and accounts roles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is an advantage.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
