Cadidate should know:

*Production of sponges, cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes, dessert shots etc.
*Assembling cakes in various mediums- buttercream, ganache, whipped cream
*Preparing frostings and fillings.
* Assist in Fondant work.
*Assembling boxes.
*Cleaning kitchen, counter, Equipment etc. As part of work schedule.

*Training will be given .
*Salary depends on the qualification, approach, capabilities.
