Dear All,

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects to our multinational company in Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of professional experience in project management, with at least 5 years in the Gulf region. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and approvals.
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
Prepare progress reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with consultant’s cost control requirements and reporting protocols.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
8–10 years of proven experience in managing MEP or construction projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gulf region is mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems, building services, and construction management.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent understanding of contract management and tendering procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software.
