Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations ensuring smooth workflow

Supervise and support spa therapists and reception staff

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of spa areas

Handle guest inquiries, appointments, and resolve issues professionally

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

Ensure all spa protocols and safety standards are followed

Assist in training and evaluating staff performance

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
