Job Title: Female Sales Representative – HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf?s)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf?s) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products, and driving sales growth within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

2. Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caf?s, catering services).

3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.

4. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting company products (food, beverages, disposables, equipment, etc.).

6. Present product benefits, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

7. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

8. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

10. Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings.

Order Processing & Coordination:

1. Ensure timely order placement and delivery coordination with the logistics team.

2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.

Reporting & Documentation:

1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders.

2. Submit regular sales reports to the management team.

Requirements:
Gender Preference: Female

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in HORECA/FMCG/F&B.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, persuasive, and target-driven.

Knowledge of HORECA industry dynamics.

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel locally.

Proficiency in English/Arabic.
