Are you passionate about flowers and great customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting floral arrangements and gifts.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and payments (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram).
- Process sales transactions and manage POS (point-of-sale) system.
- Coordinate with the florists to ensure orders are prepared on time.
- Keep the shop neat, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and special occasions.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping floral arrangements.
- Update inventory and report low-stock items.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales (experience in a flower shop is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and people skills (friendly, helpful, and professional).
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure during busy times.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with basic knowledge of handling sales transactions.
- Passion for flowers, creativity, and aesthetics is a bonus!
