A growing FMCG company, specializing in the distribution of potato chips and juices, is looking for a motivated and skilled Van Salesman to join our dynamic team in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive a delivery van (mini-bus) for daily sales and delivery of products to retail outlets across Bahrain.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Identify and secure new customers (cold stores, supermarkets, baqalas, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Take customer orders, manage invoicing, and ensure timely payment collections.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Van Salesman in the FMCG industry, preferably with food items.
Must possess a valid Bahraini driving license and have excellent skills in driving a delivery van (mini-bus).
In-depth knowledge of all areas, markets, and routes within Bahrain.
Required Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build a customer base.
Must be currently residing in Bahrain.

What We Offer:
Salary: BHD 200 per month.
Commission: Attractive commission structure based on achieving sales targets.

Visa: Employment visa will be provided by the company after a one-month performance evaluation period.
