We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Gelato Ice Cream Maker to join our production team. If you have a love for creating high-quality, handcrafted frozen desserts and enjoy working in a clean, organized kitchen environment – this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare gelato and sorbet base mixtures using precise recipes

Operate and maintain gelato/ice cream machines and equipment

Flavor and batch ice cream with consistent taste, texture, and presentation

Monitor ingredients, inventory levels, and ensure freshness of raw materials

Follow hygiene and food safety protocols strictly

Assist in R&D of new flavors and seasonal recipes

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area

Support packing and labelling processes as needed

Requirements:
✅ Experience in ice cream, gelato, pastry, or food production preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
✅ Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
✅ Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods
✅ Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Flexible with shift timings, including early mornings and weekends
