Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send client invoices.
• Organize and file documents digitally.
• Assist with basic data entry and tracking expenses.
• Coordinate and follow up on email communication when needed.
• Support the team with minor admin tasks as requested.



Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.



Compensation:
• Fixed monthly rate or hourly rate (to be discussed).
• Remote, flexible working hours.
