We Are Hiring – Odoo Developer & Internal Trainer (Full-Time) – Bahrain

A growing company in Bahrain is looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer who can also train staff on Odoo usage and best practices.

Job Title: Odoo Developer & Internal Trainer
Location: Bahrain (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements

Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs

Troubleshoot and maintain Odoo applications

Provide training sessions to internal teams on using Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.)

Prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials

Offer ongoing support and improvements based on employee feedback

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development

Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo backend/frontend

Experience with Odoo functional modules (v18 preferred)

Strong communication skills and ability to teach non-technical users

Experience in creating training content and delivering workshops is a plus
