Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician with hands-on experience in MYCOM systems to join our growing team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will support the IT infrastructure across multiple retail outlets and ensure smooth operation of MYCOM-related tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot MYCOM tools such as NetExpert and PrOptima.
Monitor system performance and respond to system alerts or outages.
Install, configure, and maintain IT devices (desktops, printers, routers, etc.).
Support store-level IT setups for newly launched retail locations.
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams as needed.
Ensure data security and system integrity across all touchpoints.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
Strong working knowledge of MYCOM OSI tools (NetExpert, PrOptima).
Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools.
Solid understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation.
Experience in a retail or multi-location environment is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel within Bahrain if needed.
