What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
Craft delicious sandwiches and pasta dishes, following established recipes and ensuring high quality.
Contribute to menu development by bringing new ideas and recipes to the table.
Provide outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, handling transactions, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen, prep areas, and seating areas.
Educate customers on our coffee offerings and food menu.
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies for both beverages and food items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation.
Demonstrated experience in food preparation, particularly with sandwiches and pasta, with a flair for creating delicious dishes.
Comprehensive knowledge of various recipes and the ability to adapt and innovate.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, juggling multiple tasks.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience working in Bahrain is highly preferred.
