We are looking for an experienced and responsible Car Wash Supervisor, Indian National Only, to manage day-to-day operations at our car wash facility. The right candidate will have a strong background and minimum 3-4 years of experience in supervising car wash businesses, with a focus on employee management, customer relations, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations and staff
• Build strong relationships with existing customers
• Drive sales through new strategies and improved services
• Issue receipts to customers and record all transactions daily in the company's system
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service quality
• Train and motivate team members

Requirements:
• Prior experience of 3-4 years in managing or supervising a car wash business
• Indian National ONLY, who can speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage digital record-keeping and daily reporting
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Willing to relocate and stay on-site (accommodation provided)
