A leading IT company in Bahrain is hiring an experienced “Sales Expert – IT Sector”, Indian National Only, with a proven track record in driving sales growth and closing high-value deals.

Role Overview:
• Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
• Promote company solutions and close business deals
• Generate leads, build client relationships, and retain key accounts
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in IT sales in Bahrain
• Indian National ONLY, who can speak English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam
• Strong market knowledge and B2B sales exposure
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and strategic thinker
