We are seeking an exceptional IT Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in managing and creating servers, demonstrating expertise and reliability in their work.

Technical Skills
Server Administration: Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and network security.

Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, intrusion detection, data backups, disaster recovery planning.

Scripting & Automation: Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar for automating routine tasks.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds to maintain system health and quickly resolve issues.

Backup & Recovery: Experience designing and implementing reliable backup solutions.

Soft Skills
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex issues and deliver efficient solutions.

Communication: Clear communication with non-technical team members and documentation skills.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and learning new technologies.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work with developers, management, and other departments.

Certifications (optional but valuable)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or MCSA

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

CompTIA Security+
