We’re hiring a Store In-Charge to lead our flagship location. This role is ideal for someone with strong F&B management experience, great leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, team performance, and store profitability.

🟩 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and motivate crew members and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning
• Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
• Report directly to the owner/management with updates and performance reports

🟩 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a diverse team
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and hands-on management style
