Description

The HVAC Service & Installation Manager will oversee all service & installation operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance, repair, and installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused • Degree Certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in HVAC service management.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong techno commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of all types of HVAC systems and controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of BMS, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Middle East market dynamics and climate-specific HVAC needs.
• GCC driving license.mindset to drive service excellence and operational profitability.
• Lead and manage the Service & Installation department (150 + employees) which comprises of various teams of HVAC technicians and support staff for AMC, RAC / CAC Service, RAC / CAC Installation, Service Workshop, Spare parts inventory / Store / Sales, Coil Sales.
• Handling of all technical & commercial aspects of the above operations.
• Resource allocation and Manpower management.
• Prepare annual Service budget in coordination with GM. Monitor & control performance in line with the budget.
• Oversee Scheduling and coordination of day to day installation activities, service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee spare parts inventory management and procurement of parts and equipment.
• Stay updated on HVAC technologies, energy efficiency trends, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for service personnel.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate Service business.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to support business growth.
