📝 Job Description:

Handle all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with LMRA and labor laws

Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and disciplinary procedures

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

Address employee concerns and support performance appraisals

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and HR best practices
