We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring the overall security of our premises.

Qualifications and Skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a security-related certification is a plus.
• Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in a security or monitoring role, ideally as a CCTV Operator.
• Strong observational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV monitoring software and security camera systems.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills (both English written and verbal).
• Ability to remain calm and make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Good computer literacy.
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
