We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help elevate our kitchen operations to the next level.

Position Overview:
As a Sous Chef, you will be the second-in-command in our kitchen and play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef. You will help oversee the daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain food quality standards, ensure kitchen hygiene, and contribute to menu creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about food, and has strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure effective delegation of tasks.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation across the kitchen.

Monitor food quality and consistency before it reaches the guest.

Contribute to menu development, food costing, and kitchen budgeting.

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance and teamwork.

Ensure proper inventory control and ordering of kitchen supplies.

Handle kitchen issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
