OUTDOOR SALESMAN

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outdoor visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.

Promote and sell construction services and pool solutions offered by the company.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to clients.

Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Provide accurate feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

Requirements:

Proven outdoor sales experience, preferably in the construction or related field.

Good knowledge of construction materials, services, and local market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be presentable, confident, and persuasive.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

A valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
