Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or caf?
• Manage and train service staff to maintain high performance
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and customer satisfaction at all times
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and control costs
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support management in scheduling and shift planning

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Supervisor in food and beverage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Bahraini nationals are preferred
