-Conduct accurate eye exams using the latest equipment
-Maintain patient records and follow up on aftercare
-Assist customers in frame and lens selection
-Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
-Oversee daily operations of the optical store
-Coordinate with lab/technician for timely lens fitting and delivery
